In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "tc888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the tc888 online gaming platform, accessible at tc888.bio, and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the tc888 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are provided.

Any winnings accumulated by an Account found to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited in their entirety.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) tc888 Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by any individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tc888 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where a Player is found to hold multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed without notice and any balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. tc888 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect registration information provided by the Player.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your tc888 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tc888 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified tc888 of any known or suspected unauthorised access.

tc888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the player relationship, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

All deposits to tc888 Accounts are made exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and other methods as published on the tc888 Platform.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within the processing timeframe applicable to the selected payment method.
• tc888 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tc888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. tc888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• tc888 reserves the right to reject any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal of funds from your tc888 Account Balance is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving financial institution.
• tc888 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is released.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from the wagering of Bonus Funds, once applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal.

tc888 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general bonus terms:

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount received unless otherwise stated.

Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled by playing on games designated as eligible in the promotion's specific terms. Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live dealer roulette and specific progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. Game contribution rates will be published in the promotion terms.

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically without notice.

Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless tc888 explicitly states otherwise in a promotion's specific terms. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in the cancellation of one or all active bonuses at tc888's discretion.

tc888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or withhold any bonus or promotional offer where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer is being exploited, abused, or claimed in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes but is not limited to the use of systematic or mechanical wagering strategies specifically designed to minimise wagering risk while satisfying bonus terms.

All games available on the tc888 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are sourced from licensed game providers. The following terms apply to all gameplay activity:

• The results of all casino games, slots, and live dealer games are determined by certified RNG systems and are final once a game round is completed. tc888 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from gameplay outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tc888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform whilst under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one tc888 Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, game providers, or any third party for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games for financial gain.

tc888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by a Player's payment provider.
• A Player's voluntary request to self-exclude via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction.

In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms and Conditions, tc888 reserves the right to forfeit all Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct — such as voluntary closure — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the tc888 Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond tc888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, government action, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit tc888's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

tc888 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering with tc888, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
